Tantrums don’t exist! The behaviors that we traditionally call tantrums do exist, it’s the word tantrums that is wrong: it has a negative connotation, while the behavior is not negative! It is a crisis, a cry for help, a manifestation of anger and frustration when a child finds an obstacle on his development. Why don't we call them crises, instead? Now think of yourself… when you feel out of control, would you like someone to punish you or to help you calm down? In my new online course for parents, I dedicated many pages to this subject. It's time to break the myth about tantrums! PS. That’s Oliver’s new photo face.
