Exercise is part of our daily life: Alex and I have always trained from home using video programs and today the kids often join us. I think it’s important to train in front of our kids, it makes them understand the importance of taking care of our body.⁣
But instead of explaining "I want to lose weight" try with "I want to take care of my body": not only is losing weight a wrong (and rarely sustainable) reason to exercise, but it also sends the wrong message to our children.⁣
