The other day I was having a bad day. Bad day = everything is negative, I feel like I can’t take a deep breath, I’m very sensitive to noise, I’m easily frustrated, overwhelmed and defeated, I often lose my cool.⁣
Alex told me:⁣
- You’re doing great.⁣
- No, I’m not. ⁣
- Yes, you are! You’re doing great compared to how you would have done some years ago. Or even just some months ago. It’s clear that you’ve been reading your course. ⁣
(He always adds something that will make me laugh).⁣
But this just to remind you: it’s all about perspective. If you’re working on your own evolution, a bad day doesn’t make a difference. What makes a difference is that no that day you’re kind to yourself.⁣
