The other day I was having a bad day. Bad day = everything is negative, I feel like I can’t take a deep breath, I’m very sensitive to noise, I’m easily frustrated, overwhelmed and defeated, I often lose my cool.
Alex told me:
- You’re doing great.
- No, I’m not.
- Yes, you are! You’re doing great compared to how you would have done some years ago. Or even just some months ago. It’s clear that you’ve been reading your course.
(He always adds something that will make me laugh).
But this just to remind you: it’s all about perspective. If you’re working on your own evolution, a bad day doesn’t make a difference. What makes a difference is that no that day you’re kind to yourself.
