A while ago I published a video of me doing yoga “with” the kids. That was my first day back on the yoga train after many years, so the kids were not used to see me exercise at home: they moved non stop, and even if I kept my cool, it wasn’t relaxing. Since then, I did yoga once a week, 1,5h every time. Fast forward two months, and I took this video. The kids are calm, they sit down and play, they respect my space. It’s been a learning curve for everybody: I learnt to increased my patience, lower my expectations, and give the kids fewer, and clearer limits; they learnt to respect those limits. THIS is the power of habits combined with the magic adaptability of children. Ps. There’s also some Baby Shark in there ;-)⁣
